Shipping Policy

We have a 7-day shipping policy, which means that it will take us 7 working days to ship your order once you make a purchase with us. However, in case of any queries pertaining to a purchase to be made on an urgent basis, please reach out to support@stillweave.com and we’ll try our best to fulfill your request.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return and exchange policy, which means you have until 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for either of the two, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please note that our packaging comes with dual adhesive strips, so you can close the package even after you open it once. You can request a return/exchange from your account.

Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. In both cases, you will be refunded with your purchase amount minus a Rs. 250/- flat rate (shipping charges).

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@stillweave.com.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that we maintain a record of the product during quality check and packaging, at our end, right before dispatch.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised and/or customised items. Please get in touch at support@stillweave.com if you have any queries about your specific item.
