Our Journey and Decision to Discontinue COD

At Stillweave, our mission since launching in mid-October 2023 has been to redefine menswear and elevate how it is perceived. From the outset, we've been dedicated to crafting some of the finest shirts for our loyal customers across the country. The love and admiration we've received from you, our valued customers, have been both humbling and motivating.

However, we've faced an unexpected challenge: a surge in "scam orders." These fraudulent orders, placed by individuals with no intention of purchasing, have led to numerous return packages that were never even opened. This troubling trend isn't unique to us and is very common in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Sustainability and quality are at the core of Stillweave’s commitment to its customers. Each of our shirts is made-to-order, crafted with care and precision only when an order is placed. This approach ensures that our limited edition pieces are exclusive and eco-friendly, something our customers deeply value. It is therefore disheartening to see these carefully crafted items returned unopened, undermining our sustainable practices and causing unnecessary waste.

The logistical challenges of handling these fraudulent orders as well as the wastage incurred due to the custom made nature of the product has made it challenging for us to continue providing cash on delivery. As a result, we've made the difficult decision to discontinue our Cash on Delivery (COD) option. We understand this might be an inconvenience for some, but it's a necessary step to ensure we can continue providing high-quality, sustainable fashion.

Rest assured, you can still shop with confidence using the various secure payment methods available on our platform at checkout, all approved by the RBI. We remain committed to delivering impeccable fits and timeless style, creating cherished memories with every shirt.
